In this section you should describe what personal data is collected from users and visitors to your site. This may include personal data such as name, email address, personal preferences and transaction data such as purchase information, as well as technical data such as cookie information.
You must also justify any collection and retention of sensitive personal data, such as health data.
In addition to listing which personal data you collect, you should explain why you collect it. These explanations should justify the legal basis for data collection and retention or the express consent provided by the user.
Personal data is not created solely by user interaction with your site. They are also generated by technical processes such as contact forms, cookies, analytics data and embedded third party media.
By default Rymax Global does not collect personal data about visitors, and only collects data shown on the profile screen of registered users. However, if any of your plugins also collect personal data, add this information below.
Coments
In this subsection you should describe what information is collected from comments. We have already described what data WordPress collects by default.
Suggested Text: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, in addition to the visitor’s IP address and browser data, to assist in spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email (also called a hash) can be sent to Gravatar to verify that you use the service. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment has been approved, your profile photo is publicly visible next to your comment.
Mídia
In this subsection you should describe what information may be disclosed when a user uploads media files. All uploaded media files are usually public.
Suggested text: If you submit images to the site, avoid submitting images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download these images from the site and extract their location data from them.
Contact Forms
By default, WordPress does not include a contact form. If you use a contact form plugin, use this subsection to explain what personal data is collected when someone submits information through a contact form and how long you keep that information. For example, you might report that you keep data submitted by the form for some time for customer service, but you do not use this information for marketing purposes.
Temporary Files
In this subsection you should list the temporary files your site uses, including those generated by plugins, social media and analytics. We’ve already included the cookies WordPress creates by default.
Suggested Text: When you leave a comment on the site, you can choose to save your name, email and site in cookies. This is for your comfort so you don’t have to fill in your details again when you make another comment. These cookies last a year.
If you have an account and access this site, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and will be discarded when you close your browser.
When you sign in to your account on the site, we also set various cookies to save your account data and your screen display choices. Login cookies are kept for two days and screen options cookies for one year. If you select Remind me, your access will be maintained for two weeks. If you sign out of your account, your login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie does not include any personal data and simply indicates the post ID for the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded media from other sites
Suggested text: Articles on this site may include embedded content such as videos, images, articles, etc. Embedded content from other sites behaves in exactly the same way as if the visitor were visiting the other site.
These sites may collect data about you, use cookies, incorporate additional third party tracking, and monitor your interaction with this embedded content, including your interaction with embedded content if you have an account and are connected to the site.
Analysis
In this subsection you should describe which analytics service your site uses, how users may choose not to be crawled, and a link to your analytics provider’s privacy policy page, if any.
By default, WordPress does not collect any data for analysis. However, many hosting services collect some anonymous data for analysis. You may also have installed a WordPress plugin that provides analytics services. In this case, add the plugin information here.
With whom we share your data
In this section you should list all third-party providers with whom you share site data, including partners, cloud-based services, payment processors, and third-party service providers, and explain what data you share with them and why. Point to your own privacy policies if possible.
By default, Rymax Global and WordPress do not share any personal data.
How long do we keep your data
In this section you should explain how long personal data collected or processed by the site is stored. Because it is your responsibility to disclose why and how long each data set is stored, this information needs to be listed here. For example, you might mean that you keep data submitted by the contact form for six months, review records for one year, and consumer purchase records for ten years.
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. We do this so that we can automatically recognize and approve any subsequent comments instead of retaining them for moderation.
For users who register on our site (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can view, edit or delete their personal information at any time (just can’t change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
What are your rights to your data
In this section you should explain what rights your users have over their data and how they may claim these rights.
Suggested Text: If you have an account on this site or if you have left comments, you may request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You may also request that we remove any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.
Where do we send your data
In this section you should list all transfers of data from your site outside the European Union and describe the means by which this data is protected by European data protection standards. This may include your website hosting, cloud storage or other third party services.
European data protection law requires data from European residents who are transferred outside the European Union to have the same level of protection as if the data were in Europe. Thus, in addition to listing where the data goes, you need to describe how you ensure that these standards are being followed, against you or your third party providers, either through an agreement such as the Privacy Shield, model clauses in your contracts or binding corporate standards.
Suggested text: Guest comments may be marked by an automatic spam detection service.
